have been trying to work on my granddaughters computer using your instructions but can't even get it to stay on - has one of those personal antivirus screens that comes up - netfilter.exe notice comes up and then a critical msg comes up for windows PE EXE and something about attempting to write to a read only program and then goes to that blue screen saying its dumping physical memory to a disk.

tried to write everything down as fast as I could. can't access the internet to try and pull in any programs to help. suggestions please? I am not techy at all - is this something I can fix or do I need to take somewhere?
Thanx, Roxie
