So for the passed day my internet hasn't worked for one of my computers. However, it is connected to the router(wirelessly). I've tried everything I could searching google, but none of the results have worked. It most likely is related to the uninstallation of Kaspersky 2010, which I'm sure I did not do correctly. So, I learned today that Kaspersky may have some files on your pc that can mess up the connection. I tried the Kaspersky Removal program but it could not find any traces of it. Please help me out.

I'm using Windows 7 if it helps and I'm not that advanced with computers. I know more than the average person, but not extensively.

I am able to ping websites.

Where has this Kaspersky come from? The beta linked from Microsoft's site or somewhere else? Is this the 2010 Beta or another version?
