Virus - PC taken over

PC appears taken over by outside forces! Mouse pointer begins to go crazy, windows open and close. Seems almost possessed. The User Account folder in the Control seems to be what is frequently opened. Required TXT files (OTL, etc.) are attached to this posting. Have run just about every antimalware product I can think of and no luck.
