getting blk screen. Today it waited until this afternoon and started doing it quite frequently after and even during ckdsk. I ran a hijack log and it said to post here but your guides say not to do so.
This computer is less thana yr old Dell Vista Home - updates done regularly and current.
I installed speed fan from having read some other's postings but have to admit I do ot know what to do with it.
I have ck'd evry driver that I can find on here and even requested any updates that it would need. Says i am up to date andthat they are all working.
My scans come out ok for viruses and all that stuff. AVG-pd not the free one.
I recently used a small flash drive usb and had challenges with the two PNY that i originally purchased. They were exchanged for a san disk and the computer recognized it and i accomplised my year end acct download.
I do not know where the hijackthis log got to because it was from there that i was directed to post on a list of forums and of course I chose to come here since i have had good results in the past.THANK YOU IN ADVANCE
