Hello,

Over the past few weeks I have been looking around and noticed that this is a very common issue across vista laptops that many seem to have with no definite answer. I have an ASUS G50vt-x1 laptop, running vista 64 bit, and if i use any program that causes my resolution to change to something smaller than the native 1366 x 768. After playing the game (for example, Warcraft 3), I return to my desktop with no issue, the resolution remains at 1366 x 768, however if I close the lid or restart, it jumps back to 1024 x 768. All of my vista and graphics drivers are up to date, I have already disabled TTM, and still the issue persists. It is extremely annoying to have to change the settings every time I log in.

Any help someone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

John
