Windows xp restoration problum

I repair my windows xp but it is not working properly. I want to restore my old installation but system restore is also not working. Please help me.

1- When I m going to computer properties it says ( The procedure entry point remoteAssistancePrepareSystemRestore could not located in the dynamic link library. And system restore is not appering in system.

2- When I trying to open ms office this error message comes (The application faild to initilize properly (0xc0150002). Click on ok to terminate the application. office 2003 is installed in it.

3- I am unable to make a dial up connection.
