Long story short, I downloaded a virus.
As soon as I opened the exe, i got the BSoD.
I can't restart in safe mode, or of course not in normal. I get the BSoD
This is the URL that leads to the download of the virus, but of course don't open it unless you know what you are doing:
I'm using express gate now to get online without booting windows.
I don't think I can edit system files or anything in express gate though.
Thanks in advance!
edit: I just tried a few online virus scanners thru express gate, but it doesn't seem to work. It says I'm not using XP because my OS hasn't booted.
