I have a subscription with cable tv that also has a website to access tv programs.. The problem being is that i need DRM to be supported for the download player to work on this website....It cannot be viewed or installed without DRM support... So does anyone know how to check if DRM is on in windows 7 or how to activate it

DRM is part of the files in question and the licences are acquired by your Media Player. Therefore Windows 7 on its own is not DRM, though Media Player will handle licences as and when needed.
