Hi,

Over the last few days what the tech's malware team member Raktor has been helping me try and fix my computer, so far he has been doing an excellent job but he has told me that he will not be able to get back in touch with me for another 24 hours - heres the thing: I will not be able to access the web in another 24 hours. I am currently borrowing a computer which will need to be given back by the end of today. So please please please can somebody help me out of this fix.

The computer will not start normally or on safe mode (blue screen of death), Raktor told me to download http://www.hirensbootcd.net/ and put it on a disc. I started up my computer and ran 'mini windows' from the boot cd, mini windows started up, raktor then told me to click on C:\WINDOWS\ERDNT\Hiv-backup\erdnt.exe and then reboot - but I am still getting the blue screen...

Please check here for the complete progress of thi case http://forums.whatth...16_t108124.html

Thanks for looking

Sean

Please don't waste our time, and Raktor's, by posting at multiple forums for help

I suggest you have some patience and let Raktor do his thing
