Is this a HP system?
What is the make and model?
The motherboard is a OEM board used in brand name systems like HP.
Let us know and we may be able to find all the drivers for you.

That will make it harder to find the correct drivers but let's see if this will work.
There is no model number for the HP that you can remember?
Without knowing that this is what I have been able to find.
HP Media Center 876x Desktop PC
All the drivers for this model with that motherboard.
Now I would suggest getting all the drivers and seeing if they work. If they do then burn the drivers to a disk so you have them.
This is the list of the drivers I see you need to get everything up and running on that motherboard.

- Realtek AC97 Audio driver
- Nvidia Driver
- Keyboard and mouse if you have the HP style
- Lucent modem driver
- Realtek Network Interface Driver

i dont really know the model...
oh you know what, while i was waiting for your reply... i was searching from the net and saw someone who sell same mother board as my friend the p4sd-LA
it gave list of model/series of the pc w/c is using this model of motherboard
Models: a000n, a000x, a000w, a000y series
Model Number: HP 5187-4919 or 6670
so i went to hp.com and selected download drivers and software i typed a000n series for product number and it listed a lot of models so i chose the a300n
and was able to find all the drivers for the pc
the graphics card was installed and im so happy
i think the sound will work as well
and i visited also the link that you gave me i compared the contents and some drivers are the same on the site that i was on
especially the sound, they have same version
so i think lots of HP computer has this same motherboard with same drivers
^_^ thanks for the help

Yep thats what I found also.
HP seems to be the one who used that board. Your investigation and mine are corresponding and since the video worked then I would guess the other drivers will work also. Remember to group all the downloads together and then you can burn them to a disk so you will have them all just in case.
Let me know how everything goes and I will wait for your results.

yeah it works...
all drivers were installed successfully
i was just wondering why there is no sound coming out... could it be a hardware issue? when we play music, it seems its playing but no sound are coming out...
how do i know if its a hardware issue or just a driver issue? i think its a hardware since the driver was successfully installed... what do u think?

Try this...
Now lets check the sound problem.
Go to Start then to Control Panel
Click on Sounds and Audio Device Properties
First window what is the soundcard it is showing on the top?
Is the Mute box checked?
Click on the Advanced button in this window and in the new window under the drop down menu what is it showing for your speaker setup?
Wait before moving to next steps for reply......Close this window when done
Next click on the Audio tab at the top and provide the following information..
Default Device in the Sound playback section
After the above is completed then go to this
