clicksor links and pop up adds

Hello ,
A week ago my computer got infected with pop ads and links.
If i go to a web page this malicious program converts some of the words on the webpage as links and when i hover my mouse it shows a small window on the same page.
It also redirects the web pages to an add and i have to skip add to come back to the web page.
I also saw clicksor name few times. I tried finding more information on " Clicksor" but i got confused.
I use cccleaner to clean temp files and cookies.

Please help.
