After upgrading to Windows 7 I encounter the following:

I see the following under device manager and "no audio output device installed"

- I have tried uninstall drivers then install drivers
- I have been to Intel website for drivers (my sound card is integrated DX5400)

Anyone have a solution?

Model number and specifications if at all possible would be very helpful. Knowing the type of motherboard is key to choosing the correct Sigmatel driver.

Please start your own topic
Although your issue may seem similar there can be other factors that may need to be resolved.
By bumping on someone's topic it makes it confusing for the tech to understand who they are helping. This can in turn cause the wrong support to be given and can cause instability or worse to happen to your system.
Thank you for your cooperation.
