Looping at startup

My problem began when I upgraded with vista sp 1. It would not boot up correctly it would freeze on the black screen. So I tried the recovery disk from the neosmart website and follow the instruction carefully and now when it boots it goes to a screen asking to start normally. when I press enter it does the same thing and if I try safe mode I get the same result with opition ask for installation disk. I do not have installation disk. Wha t should I do? Help Please!!!
