Magic Software Inc. is stopping me from doing anything on my computer

I am unable to go online, set up restore point, view task manager, or anything else. My problems seem consistent with others I have read about "security warning" and "Antivirus Pro" but I have not been able to do anything to start removing it. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
