If you have reinstallation DVD, you don't need to create recovery DVDs.
Yes, all methods are for clean install.

You need to enter BIOS and make sure, CD drive is listed first in boot order.

I would like to download some drivers that are now missing on my computer because I installed Windows 7
When I go to Dell's support website, and I click download on a specific driver, it asks to save it.... where do I save the download? it automatically opens Documents... but i dont think they should be downloaded to the documents
where do I redirect the downloads to?
I tried C drive, but it said that Im not allowed
http://support.dell..../...n&TabIndex=
Thanks

How can you have Windows 7's toolbar similar to Vista's toolbar?
I like how you could open many programs and it would span out across the toolbar for you to click... instead of having only two things (the folder and internet)
how can i have many websites open that span out across the toolbar instead of stacked or using tabs?
thanks

You can download drivers wherever you want, as long as you remember, where you download them.

Right click on taskbar, click "Properties" and uncheck "Group similar taskbar buttons".
I hope, because I don't have Win 7 up right now.

You download files through your browser.
There is no RIGHT location for downloads.
Wherever you download them, it's fine.
You don't have D partition, because, I believe, you removed it.
If Windows 7 works fine, you don't need it anyway.
