Antivirus System Pro

I Googled the issue when I first noticed Antivirus System Pro today, and was directed to use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware program to remove it after using rkill.com to stop it. When I opened Task Manager, I noticed "empssysguard.exe" running and assumed that was the issue. I searched my comp for it, but couldn't find it. I ran MBAM, but am still not sure it's gone for good. Is there something I can run to check? Thanks.

Yeah, I rebooted and it's not gone. I read your "Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide" and ran RootRepeal and OTL. I am attaching the results here. Please help. Thanks.
