The problem is when I try to go into my internet explorer. It keeps saying "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage." I've tried every possible solution that the diagnoses offered, but none have worked thus far. I am connected to Internet Explorer 8 and my laptop is Windows Vista programmed. I turned off the firewall, that didn't solve it. I reinstalled the IE, that didn't work. I even shut off all the programs via msconfig, that didn't work. When I do the ipconfig a ipv4 address starting with 172 shows up. I even tried installing firefox and went into safe mode with networking, nothing seems to work. I restarted my comp, went through disk checks and everything. I don't get it. Does anybody have any possible solutions??
