Hi everyone, i dont know much about virus/spyware removal, but i have the "your system is infected" background, im unable to use ctrl+atl+delete because an error pops up. I have no idea where to start can someone give me step by step instructions? thank you very much.

also when i try to install hijackthis, i get a message saying "Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installing before continuing this one."
