Hello everyone, i read Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide, but there is one program, i am unable to use the programs, or install any anti-virus programs. The unknown infection blocks the desktop, hides folders from view, installs other infections like the worm Lsas.Blaster.Keyloger, and other key windows programs. I have two computer in my house and the main one is infected, you can go onto the internet, but blocks most websites where you have to click back and click the link again. I really need help with what this trojan/worm/virus may be, and the solution of getting rid of it. As an after note it blocks the cmd as well.
