Hello all, I'm new here. I haven't been able to access the Microsoft websites for a while now, and decided to figure out why. A search made me see some solutions, so I attempted to fix it, only to realize that I can't access most of the antivirus websites (apparently blocking .exe files is one of the symptoms of some infections). I found a workaround to download and install ComboFix, but cannot access the MalwareBytes website to download/install that possible solution. I'd appreciate any help, as my wife's laptop is suffering the same problems.
