I have missed a setting someplace re internet explorer

I tried to copy/paste since i cannot remember the exact wording inside the box.internet explorer in upper (L) boader, then the message states that softwre detects script and do i wish to allow yes or no. this can occur MULTITUDES of times and is driving me very weary. it takes forever to view different items
what setting have i missed ????

ps i have done mmultiple scans and cleanings to makesure it isn't anything like that
