OK, so this has causing me a lot of anger. First of all, DigitalRiver that is affiliated with microsoft has charged me Windows 7 Professional twice! Lucky enough that my bank account has enough money...if not I will get a huge overdraft fee that could kill me. You know how huge bank of america fee can be....
Second of all, I found it very difficult to transfer files from my old hard drive that has xp in it into my new hard drive that has windows 7 in it. Please someone tell me how? It always say that my action is restricted...
Third of all, There are bunch of hardware that is not compatible with windows 7. I was enrage when I cannot connect to internet because I'm using wireless network adapter. It was a gift that I found a hacked driver to make it work.

By the way, how come there's no safely remove hardware icon here?

Did you run Windows 7 compatibility wizard BEFORE you decided to go there?

How exactly are you trying to transfer your XP files to Windows 7?

Certainly I did. After posting this thread, I found this program in windows 7 called Windows Easy Transfer. I'm able to transfer all my files into windows 7 except programs.

But the anger wave has not yet found its stillness, I'm still having problem for not having safely remove hardware icon(does windows 7 even has it?) and new problem arise. After transferring all my files, I noticed that the picture of my C Drive became awkward.

How can I fix that?

You can never transfer programs. Programs have to be reinstalled.

So I tried to click that little arrow and there's a customize option. The same window appears but I don't see windows explorer on icons list.

I'm on Vista right now, so I can't confirm. I'd have to fire up my laptop.
