This has been happening for a few weeks now. I start the computer as always and it gets to the screen to enter my password. Once that is entered i click to start windows and a small window opens that is all black and is titled C:\windows\system32\ntvdm.exe after that pops up the computer wont do anything else and the screen just stays there. I cant get into windows or anything and I am forced to reboot and attempt again only to have the same thing happen. I took it to Best Buy geek squad and they said since its a software issue it would not be covered under the warenty. If there is anything i can do myself to fix this PLEASE HELP!! and if not i may be forced to sit on the phone with Dell customer service to see if there is anything they can do to help.
