Hello, it appears I have a malicious trojan that has taken over, desktop icons disappear, a fake Windows Security Center window opens saying I need to purchase their software to remove it. Also, I have tried downloading a variety of Trojan removal software but the trojan won't let me open .exe files, even tried renaming them but nothing. It appears all I can open is a browser. PLEASE HELP!
