whenever i play sims 3 my screen goes black and then i get an error message saying the ialmrnt5 driver has stopped responding. how can i fix this?

Please can you download and install Everest from HERE
Once its installed (leave all of the options just keep pressing next) double click on the shortcut.
Then once its running:
1: In left pane expand Computer folder.
2: Click once on Summary
3: In upper menu, go Report
4: And then to Quick Report-Summary
5: Save it in text file, and paste it in your next post

Don't include anything under the line "DEBUG- PCI"

Ok,

Please Click Here to run the Intel Driver Update Utility.

It should find and install all of the latest graphics components for your system.
Make sure you allow the request to run the ActiveX control.

I advise for ease of use you run this tool in Internet Explorer.

Follow any instructions it gives and install the reccomended drivers. If there are any problems let me know.

Hi there,

I have a problem similar to this (at least i think it's similar xD)
Well it's about the same problem but when playing an MMORPG named Fiesta Online.
This always happens to my brothers pc when Fiesta runs about 3-5 mins.
As I am in Japan right now I can't really fix myself besides I wouldn't know how xD

I read the answers and asked her to run everest. This is the report she sent to me.
