Recently, my computer has been freezing randomly even when idle. At that point, the only thing I can do is a reboot. When it freezes, there is a sound coming from either my motherboard or my PSU. If it locks up during a game, the sound continues to loop. I've already tested memory and there are no problems. I haven't been able to rule out viruses/malware since I'm never able to get in a complete scan before my computer freezes.
