Last night in the midst of trying to open a document to send to a friend, I get a pop up saying the above. I click it off, and it goes away....for a few seconds, then pops back up, over and over. I'm currently on the guest account, stuck with trying to figure out how to fix this. I've tried a system restore, which unfortunately did not work, my task manager is not working for me, and I've restarted my laptop countless times. I'm just wondering what I would need to do to get this message to keep from looping all the time?

I think you may have some type of virus or malware on you PC (only a guess). If you have a look at some 'Similar Topics' at the bottom of this page, you might find an answer.

Also, I did a google search and found this answer.. http://social.answer...99-4feb659c82c4

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE.

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post an OTListIt log in THAT forum.
