found in c:/system volume information/system restore/frstaging/windows/system32/drivers/atapi(72).sys . Now i am unable to run checkdisk to scan both drive, it cannot even be scheduled during restart. Actually, norton did not detect it when scanning, it is only detected by windows malicious software removal as win32.alureon and the software said that it was partially removed, and only after that norton detected it but unable to remove it as it requires manual removal......i've tried using combofix, and it detects a problem with autocheck.exe then i ran malware bytes which clears some leftover from combofix.....i'm not sure how to solve this....please can someone help.. here in the attachment i attached my malwarebytes, otl and gmer logfile
