I've just done a clean install of Windows 7 (64). When I start it up I get a message "Microsoft .NET framework version 2 is required to continue. This software is available form microsoft.com/download

I doewload the program but when I try to install I get the message that it is already included in this O/S.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

This software does not appear when I go to Control Panel.

Have just tried installing again and I get this:
Error: cannot install on a 64 bit OS (translating from Spanish).

I downloaded and ran Revo but .NET framework v2 does not appear to be loaded.

I downloaded and ran .NET framework v2 but when installing i get the message "Already installed as part of Operating System".

Is .NET framework v2 already part of Windows 7 (64 bit)?

If so, why would it tell me it was "required to continue"?
