Wireless to Wired, Wired locking up

I have a Cisco wired router connected to the cable modem and then to a Dell 24 port switch. I also have a Netgear wireless router connected to the wired Cisco router. I have DHCP set up on the wired router and disabled on the wireless.

All works well for hours and then the wired router locks up requiring it to be restarted.

Can anyone think of a setting in either the wired or wireless router that might be creating this problem?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
