Hi guys! I opened my computer this morning and found that I cannot right-click at my desktop. I also found out that the start button on my keyboard does not function; instead, i have to click the start button at the taskbar. I also found out that when I click on "My Computer" or "My Documents", a message pops-up saying "Windows cannot find '(null)'...etc...". I opened my task manager and saw that the processes had no username, and the users tab was empty. I tried running Hijackthis but it hangs in the process with the pop-up message "application is busy...". I tried running my Avast Antivirus but it cannot be loaded. Could anyone help me? I don't want to reformat my computer. Thanks!
