Okay I am new here so be kind I guess.
To get the whole scope of my problem I probably have to start from the beginning. I build this gaming rig with the help from my friends and buying all the parts from newegg a while ago. When we finally put it together Windows 7 was on the horizon so we didn't find it advantageous to buy an operating system i would only use for a couple months. So we installed the windows 7 beta and I was to run that until I bought Windows 7. Everything ran fine until I had some hardware issues that lead to me replacing my motherboard and power supply, at the same time as getting windows 7 (oem) just a few weeks ago.
Anyway the problem was i could not boot my computer properly for whatever reason, I have had many different errors over my attempts to fix it. Some say a patch is preventing startup, some say that a recent hardware or software change might have caused it. I can get it to come online and boot windows with some effort working with system restores but it will not just boot on its own. I have been working on it for little over a week with no real progress and I have no idea what to do at this point.
I can give my system specs if you need them also.
