Visual Logic: Quotes in I/O

I'm trying to figure out how to display quotation marks in Visual Logic. What I want to do is tell the user to encase their text input within quotations marks and then use " " in an example, but I can't do something like:

"Please use quotation marks (Example "This is what I want you to do")" because the " after Example (for example lol) ends the literal.
