Hi there,
about a month ago my computer was infected with Privacy Center. I asked for help (online)from my antivirus program which could not find or solve the problem at the first time. These guys from Norton / Symantec spent several hours checking my computer, within 15 minutes they did solve the privacy center. Still there were problems with some redirects in IE and Firefox. At least they told me they couldn't solve this. So now I still have this problem.
I did see the were using MWB's Anti-Malware, so I downloaded it for myself, but no results. Kaspersky neither. Also tried Superantispyware and K7apedur.
So now I'm stuck and don't have any solutions anymore. I hope you guys can help.....
The main problem now is that when I'm using Google as searchpage, I get my searchresults but within a few clicks I'm getting redirected to some strange antivirussite's. I can see that in 1 click, I get several times redirected, from one page to another and so on.this is one of them: http://89.149.226.91/cgi-bin/rdsi/r, or http://searchwebdirect, or http://c.ppcxml.net
Now in every searchengine I have problems. In the beginning it seems ok, but within no-time redirects are active...
As Mozilla Firefox is my standard browser,I found on the internet that when you disable an add-on called XUL cache 1.0, the redirect problem is over.
I also have walked through the steps of Malware and Spyware cleaning guide, and attached you 'll find the log's.
Below the latest log from Hijackthis.
