I am trying to use a program at home for work. I am trying to open a scanned in image and this is the error I keep getting. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Unable to use Activex Servers specified in Media Handlers/SCAN Workstation setting.
EACCMediaHandler76.ACCustomScanHandler cannot handle the document: External authentication information not found.
