windows 7 please help

larry: if i walk out of room for 10 minutes the screen goes black and has no single and i cann`t get it back unless i shut down and restart also the longer i am on computer the slower it gets this is windows 7 also when i do something the screen goes back to icon screen move mouse my screen i work on comes back :) :)
