ADmin user NOT visible on login

Admin user - not visible at login, only see the non admin users.
UAC not working for ADmin privs - its greyed out.
When I log in via Safe mode the adminstrator works, thus the admin password is correct, but safe mode is of course not normal mode... thus no access to admin in normal
Help! I have NO admin access!
