It gives me the option to click ok and then I do and it goes back to the logon screen. So basicially I have only adminstrator account and I can't logon. What do I need to do to logon?

I literally had this same problem this morning for a friends brand new dell laptop, bought in august...

I have yet to find a solution.

I removed around 350+ virus's with malwarebytes, cleaned out temp files, ran registry mech and fixed about 750+ problems, still no go.

safe mode works fine and so does logging in as admin.

I read a few other places about changing some files with regedit but I dont want to just patch over the problem to where it can come back.

Does anyone have any input?
