windows restarting every 20mins!

my laptop keeps on displaying this error message:

Windows must now restart because the Plug and Play service terminated unexpectedly

with another error message about Host Process stopping from working.
My laptop kept shutting down every 20mins or so right after the error messages popped up.

Help me please! i'm freaking out!
