blue screen

I enter username and password. PC sits at blank blue screen. I press power button and receive a message "Other people are logged on to this computer. Shutting down Windows might cause them to lose data. Do you want to continue shutting down?"
If I select No nothing happens. If I select Yes desktop comes up and everything works fine. I tried uploading my hijack this log but it tell me I am not permitted to upload that type of file. Any suggestions?
