AVAST FOUND VIRUS WHAT TO DO NEXT?

I HAVE AVAST!4.8 FREE HOME EDITION ANTIVIRUS PROGRAM AND IT FOUND A VIRUS. IT SAYS IT'S A TROJAN. IT IS SITTING IN THE CHEST OF AVAST. WHAT DO I DO NEXT? AM I SUPPOSE TO DELETE IT WITH AVAST OR DO I NEED TO USE A TOTALLY DIFRENT PROGRAM TO GET RID OF IT? THE VIRUS CAME FROM ME WATCHING A MOVIE ON OVGUIDE.COM, AND IT ONLY SAYS "JS:DOWNLOADER: LA (TROJAN)
