towards the top of the page here, click on the link that is titled "my controls", then scroll down to the "subscriptions" section on the left, click the "view topics" link, put a check mark in the box(s) next to the topic(s) you wish to unsubscribe from, and then press the "with selected" button at the bottom of the page, make sure that the drop down list next to that says "unsubscribe from"
