my internet explorer crashed about 2 months ago, couldnt open the file and it kept saying "there was a problem with host process RUNDLL32 windows explorer was shut down" i have tried doing a system restore with no luck, and i have also down loaded a registry cleaner which cost me £30 to no avail!

someone please please help me!
