help me i removed something from add remove programs and now i get this everytime i try to open a program "this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Creat an association in the Folder Options control panel" plz help me

Hey varrin,
Is it any file you try to open or is it certain what. To create an association go to start->control panel. Then click on folder options icon. Then under file types, go to the program that will not open and hit the change button. Now select a program to open it with.

Hope this is what you need.

Yeah i knew that but it did it to every file i tried to open... i couldnt even get into add/delete programs either...and after i restarted my computer it wouldnt even load the desktop. but i have the problem solved now i did system restore and all is fine now thanks for all ur help.
