He said ASAP. Be patient.

Does it still crash when you have Flash disabled?

Tools > Add-ons > Plugins > Shockwave Flash

This is only in the VM correct? The host OS runs flash through Firefox fine?

I understand but please understand we are all volunteers so we're not all here all the time. I have to wait till a tech that has experience in this takes a look at my request for assistance.

When did this start happening?

Did flash sites used to work just fine?

Also on a side note I would not recommend visiting websites on a server especially flash websites.

In order for me to assist you as best as possible I need you to be as detailed as possible. Keep in mind that I know nothing about your setup and what you have done until now.

So far I got the following.
Flash sites are not working on your Server 2008 VM.
Flash sites work just fine on the host machine (Centos)
I assume you have installed flash on the VM.
