everytime i turn my computer on it gets to wjere the logon screen should be and shows a LogonUI.exe - bad image error


c:\windows\system32\xmllite.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error.Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendore for support


i dont know what to do.
