Windows Explorer keeps crashing

When I have 2 screens open like "My documents" and "my pictures", an error comes up that says windows explorer is messed up and I can send an error report or close it. Also when I try to use my playstation 3 to watch movies like I have been doing in the past, another message come up saying that "windows media player network sharing service" has experienced an error and I cant watch movies on the playstation 3. Please help me
