I have Netlimiter Monitor installed on my XP and Vista systems and I am very happy with the product.
As I have a GSM dongle, I move it from system to system to access the network. I have a data plan with my ISP for 1GB data/month, so I have to manage my usage very carefully. Netlimiter Monitor does not work on W7 and I will be upgrading my Vista system to W7 this month.

Can you recommend a free bandwidth monitor that works on W7/32? I know that Netlimiter Monitor (free version) does not.

FOUND this one on Gizmo ...

Networx (works on W7)

Monitor Bandwidth with Orion Netflow Analyzer which Facilitates investigation of fault, performance, and configuration issues thanks to complete integration.
It Identifies which users, applications, and protocols are consuming the most network bandwidth and highlights the IP addresses of the top talkers on the network.
