Welcome to Geeks to Go! :)

There are many browsers around these days, each with a large following claiming that the one they use is "the best".

The "best" browser for you would be one that is compatible with you and your particular setup as well as with the websites you enjoy browsing. :)

(Personally I usually use Firefox, but do not hesitate to use IE when needed).

Personally I use Firefox, but it seems to me that browser preference is a person to person basis.

a couple browsers you might want to check out are:

firefox www.mozilla.com
opera www.opera.com
google crome www.google.com/chrome

Firefox, if you like to have a customized broswer. http://www.mozilla.com

Chrome, if you like to have web apps for pages. (Keep in mind that it will slow your computer down). http://www.google.com/chrome

or IE, but its not that trustworth to me, because its easy to get viruses with IE. http://www.microsoft.com/
