Windows 7 memory issues and high CPU utilization (trojan?)

Plenty of extra drive space on both volumes. Must be something sucking down memory real bad. Cant find it in perf monitor. After a few minutes with browser open, CPU shoots up and pretty soon apps wont run because of memory issues until reboot. CPU utilization is bad on certain websites or just when I open my browser in general.

Attached a Hijack This report for analysis.
I have tried everything to resolve this. Thanks for your time and effort in advance to get this computer out of the ditch!! :)
